• Call out charge (First hour) £75.00 + VAT
• Labour charge (Per hour) £50.00 + VAT
• Double handed labour (Per hour) £90.00 + VAT
• After hours 17:00 to 8:00 Mon to Sat (Emergency number 07525351423)
• Call out/labour charge per hour £120.00 + VAT
• Sunday and Bank holidays (Emergency number 07525351423)
• Call out/labour charge per hour £180.00 + VAT

Fees quoted above include one hours labour. Should the engineer require to undertake additional hours to resolve your issue you will be charged the above rates per hour. The fees do not include the cost of any materials. You will be advised of the cost of materials prior to installation. Call out fees are payable on arrival of the engineer. We can also take card payments over the phone if you are calling on behalf of a tenant or relative.
